✅ Notes & Important Information

• The total length of the thermocouple = sensor length + cable length
• Example: 1 m – 100 mm probe ⇒ 100 mm probe + 900 mm cable

✅ How to Choose the Correct Type

• K-type: 0 ~ 600°C
• J-type: 0 ~ 400°C
• PT100: -200 ~ 420°C

Important:
K and J types look identical on the outside — the difference is the internal material and temperature range.
Always match the sensor type to your controller/device:
• If your device supports K-type, the sensor must be K
• If your device supports J-type, the sensor must be J
• PT100 is an RTD (not a thermocouple) and offers higher precision
